- We provide REAL TIME LOAD / RECHARGE service for regular customers and those who have previously purchased from our store.
- A valid contact number must be provided which will be cross referenced to your confirmed address, after which a call will be made to validate the purchase prior to reloading.

Electronic loads are credited to your mobile number automatically while CALL & TEXT CARDS are loaded manually by the user. Call & Text Card PIN(s) will be sent to the mobile number you provide along with the instructions on how to use it.

To avoid unecessary delays, fill up the text box with the mobile number you would like reloaded and please make sure that the mobile number is correct.

There is no way for us to retrieve electronic loads credited to mobile numbers that are ivalid or are incorrect and because of this payments are non-refundable once we send out the prepaid credits.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order. If you are purchasing load as a form of payment for a third party transaction Pa-Load.com cannot be held liable in case and when the third party does not uphold your agreement.
