What is Pa-Load.com
A "sari-sar" store in the Philippines used to be the equivalent of a mini-mart before more sophisticated establishments found it's way into the metro and the provinces. If you want to buy from a sari-sari store, you'd say "pa-bili" which lets the store owner know that you want to buy something. Because the prices are usually cheaper, sari-sari stores have continued to thrive and multiply despite the availability of more modern convenience stores and it is because of this, that they have become the perfect venue for selling Smart e-load, Globe Autoload Max, and Sun eXpress load. So when you're in the Philippines, in front of a sari-sari store and you wanna buy something, you say "pa-bili", but if you wanna re-load your cell phone credits, you say "Pa-Load" . It's fast, it's easy, it's cheap, and it's convenient... Pa-Load.com

How long till my load arrive?
We man our stations at all times in order to ensure that your load arrives shortly after you send the payment and we do a pretty good job of it! But due to certain circumstances that we cannot control, like network communication errors, there are times when there will be delays in receiving your load. For first time buyers, we may choose to with hold crediting your eload and call card purchases for up to 72 hours. An email will be sent to the email address used in your PayPal payment notifying you of this if we choose to do so, so check your inbox and spam folders. 

I got an email that says the load has been credited but I never received the load, what do I do?
That's a confirmation email, and receiving one means that we've successfully credited the mobile number you provided us. So first, check your PayPal transaction details to make sure that you gave us the right digits. If you find that there is an error, we are sorry but we will not be able to get the load back, you are welcome to make another purchase though! If however the mobile number shown is correct then contact us at helpdesk(@)pa-load.com with the following details:

                     o Your name and email address (as shown on your PayPal account)
                     o Mobile number provided
                     o Amount/Denomination and Type of load purchased
                     o Date of purchase

Then wait for someone to respond, that shouldn't take too long.

How to pay for mobile loads?
We use PayPal as our payment processor. All you need to do is click on the "buy now button" and either log in to your PayPal account or create an account with PayPal. Once created, you can select either your bank or credit card to pay for the load.

 

Are loads refundable?
Purchased loads are nonrefundable once it is processed and sent to the mobile number. Pa-load.com is not responsible for incorrect mobile numbers entered on the site. So if you haven't received the confirmation email yet and/or we haven't credited the load yet, you can email us your refund request, we will process it if it's not too late.

Do loads expire?
Yes, electronic loads expire. The validity period/expiration date is listed with the denomination and amount of the load you are purchasing.

I want to subscribe, isn't that page done yet?
